My friends and I just finished a D&D campaign that we’ve played for 200+ sessions over the past 6 years. We began at level 3 in October 2019 and finished this weekend at level 17 with a 12-hour session and an entire box of tissues.

York the fighter began the campaign as a sailor with missing memories who was the sole survivor of a mysterious shipwreck. He ended the campaign fighting a dracolich with the sword of a storm giant and captaining the world’s first flying ship.

Iai the artificer began the campaign as a conspiracy theorist who would do just about anything not to be beholden to anyone else. She ended the campaign sacrificing herself to build a device of her own making in the heart of magic Chernobyl to purify its output and save the world.

Humble the sorcerer began the campaign as a carefree flirt who avoided commitment and questioning their innate magic. They ended the campaign ascending to a kind of captive godhood as the soul of an ancient brass dragon with two men they were in love with by their side.

We fought krakens, saved cities, toppled colonies, freed primordials, and got into many ridiculous hijinks along the way. I built Humble as a love-letter to the world, someone who would greet every character my DM put in front of them with delight and curiosity. In the end, my DM let them become a part of the fabric of that world they loved so much.

It’s the best story I’ve ever heard, and only a few people know it. Now you know a little of it too.

I think that Drawga and the Ladies Book Club are criminally underrated, so I did some more traditional fantasy leaning designs for all my fellow drawfee old guard.

Drew an NPC for Pearl (In the picture wild shaped as a Giant Constrictor Snake), meet Woe! Not actually her name, I have no idea what her name is because anytime she tells it to Pearl then Pearl takes psychic damage. May or may not be the Gnome Blacksmith Pearl was in love with.
