It’s show day here in Texas at the @battleoftx for Mr and Mrs. Vanilla Gorilla 🦍People ask why would you diet during through Halloween Candy, Thanksgiving and holiday parties. The answer? Aside from I can live without that kind of stuff, the fact of the matter is that I’ve done this very thing the last 3/4 years so it’s a regular thing for me. However, a prep to do a show with your future wifey is an experience of ups and downs (with many carb hangry days) but an amazing experience that I can’t compare to anything else.
