Turret is from Carnot in World of Warships. I'm trying to make a Kancolle/Azur Lane/etc style anthropomorpic personification (because shipgirls are peak character design).
okay so i am having a couple of thoughts.
the trope of "sapient war machine is converted for civilian purposes", but with battleships. and not in the boat girl anime kinda way, just give HMS Warspite a soul and set her upon the world.
