(Decided to separate this from the mirror universe thoughts since they're not really connected!)
(BSG Pegasus Spoilers ahead!)
Don't get me wrong, I deeply resent that the Pegasus arc even exists and that it enters my eyeballs every few years (self-inflicted at this point, I know what I'm getting into) but DAMN if it isn't all worth it just to hear Roslin say, "You've got to kill her."
I spend most of Ressurection Ship I on the edge of my seat in avid anticipation of that line, and the rest upset about the job Cain does on Kara's head.
...And a little bit laughing at Lee having, just, no idea what he's doing with any of this, and also at Tigh finally getting his moment to shine. (His first moment to shine, I guess, he has a few more in seasons 3-4.)
But Roslin. Lecturing Adama and Cain like squabbling children. Forcing them to speak to one another. Badgering them sternly toward compromise. Upholding law, and reason, and order, when the whole world has gone mad. (I love her so much.)
And then turning to Bill, breathless and exhausted and dying, and telling him to assassinate Cain.
EVERYTHING. She's everything. She's so ridiculous. I love her.
