Taking myself out of the running for parent of the year again. My kid (7) has been interested in watching Battlestar Galactica, so tonight we watched episode 1. I told him if he liked it we could go back and watch the miniseries. He loved it, asked great questions, and figured out a major plot point all on his own! In other news he's learned if he says "frak" he won't get in trouble.

I LITERALLY? LITERALLY-- listen. i know people say this a lot. it’s become sort of a stereotype. but listen. listen to me. I VERY, VERY, VERY LITERALLY CANNOT WITH THE YOGA COVERS. there are some samples on amazon if you’re interested. they’re a lot like lullaby covers, but, with, synth pads
