Casa Batlló - Barcelona
La ciudad vivida y muy bonita, es Barcelona!
I have been to Barcelona for couple of times already. But there is always something new to explore. Neverthless, everytime I have to visit Mercado de la Boqueria, the most perfect market hall I have ever seen. I just can’t get enough of the fresh fruits, seafood and all the colors, that I will never stop wondering about.
Barcelona has a special flair. It somehow feels like home. People are relaxed, places are amazing, there is so much stuff to do, disregarding what your interests are. And the beaches... We were riding longboards along the coast, watching surfers fighting the waves, and simply enjoying the sun and salty air.
Finally I also managed to see Casa Battlo, only from outside, but in my busy life, that counts definitely too. I still can’t imagine, what was in Gaudi’s head! That guy, amazing! What I always do when I have a bit of time is getting lost in Barcelona’s downtown. Those tiny streets, where in every door life is happening. Then I find myself tripping over some fancy shops, tapas bars or this hidden churros bar.
Barcelona is a place where I can imagine life. Everything feels familiar and cosy. Even when living in ghetto, as usually, the tiny balcony with morning sunshine made my days start perfectly. I’ll be back! Hasta luego Barcelona!
Casa Batlló, one of Gaudi's masterpieces. I really enjoyed the tour, taking you insides Gaudi's genius mind, and, at the same time, taking you around the inspiring building itself... #barcelona #gaudi #casa #battlo
