I have heard of 24/7 dynamic before but have never heard directly from someone who practices it. I'd be interested to hear what that experience has been like for you, if you would like to share?

For me, it's not as severe of a 24/7 as other people might have, and is fairly casual. When I say I have a 24/7 dynamic, I mean that our roles of Dominant and Submissive are part of my everyday life, and are not exclusive to scenes !! Generally, that means that my rules and expectations are more broadly applicable and based on day-to-day life, instead of specific playtime scenes!!
I have found that having the 24/7 dynamic has drastically improved my life in many ways!! It has given me a sense of purpose and structure while also helping me to achieve some personal goals :3 It is like a cheat code for my ADHD!! Doing things that my Beautiful Wife asks of me gives me the instant reward of making her happy, and then I get an additional reward of praise afterwards!! I have recently been able to brush my teeth regularly thanks to this, and we are now working on setting a bedtime and sleep schedule for me :3
I am extremely food-motivated and praise-driven, which works very well within our long-distance relationship. If I am doing particularly well, I am allowed to have some extra sweets :3
As a submissive, part of my role in our dynamic is of course doing as my Dominant asks, but for our relationship in particular I also help my Dom with regulating their mental health and emotional wellbeing!! Sometimes I redirect emotions or just provide a shame-free space to vent, and other such things. While this aspect is part of our 24/7, if I am not able to engage at that level we have other options and resources :3
I find that being submissive is very emotionally and spiritually fulfilling for me!! I am comforted by knowing that my Beautiful Wife is helping me to be the best version of myself, and that I am helping her with the same :3 Some of the things she does for me as my Dominant are things that I struggle to manage on my own, like reminders for basic self-care tasks and breaking down steps for chores. When we are able to be together in-person, she also helps me with bathing!!
