My blog mostly runs on the queue feature, but I am online all the time!! You can always message me and tag me in things, even if we haven't interacted much ^-^ I have memory issues, so please don't take it personally if i forget to respond. I consider friendship to be eternal, so it doesn't matter if we haven't spoken in months, I will always be happy to hear from you :3

I am supposed to be getting homecare today, but so far they have not arrived. If they don't arrive in the next half-hour I think it is safe to assume they are not coming at all. I said my breakfast time was around 1PM and was told that homecare could arrive an hour before or after my set meal time. It is currently 1:40PM.

My case manager is only in office in the mornings and I already left a message yesterday asking about scheduling specifics, and have not received any calls today. I will probably have to phone again if nobody shows up.

With Virgenes de la Puerta (“Virgins of the Door” in Spanish), Juan Jose Barboza-Gubo looks to honor the lives of Lima’s transgender community. The photographic series, created in collaboration with Mroczek, reimagines trans women from his birthplace—including activists from the Peruvian trans rights organization Feminas—as saints, cultural icons, and religious figures from 19th century portraiture.
