There's ways to get older versions of photoshop free, especially if you're a student, but I don't know exactly what they are. Photoshop essentials is a LOT cheaper than photoshop proper if you want a bargain, and it's basically just as good if you don't need a lot of fancy settings.

I'm sure you can find some kind of free version somewhere but then you have to make sure you find one with a crack for the serial code. I've done it before a long time ago and it was a pain. These days you there's adobe cloud where you might be able to pay like a monthly fee if you want to try it out. Or just download the trial version for now. There's also free things like Gimp which I assume still exists. I'd say if you want it though, you're better off buying it.
Okay thanks guys, it looks like I’m going to have to buy something then which is just.....UGH. Like I had a look and it’s at least like £8 a month which is :/ I had NO idea it would be so expensive, or that I’d have to be like a computer hack to get a free version!! I’m so sad, but oh well :(
I think I’ll just have to download Picasa again LOL, and kiss my dreams of one day being about to make gifs goodbye :(

Today I was playing Fallout, and by playing I mean barely struggling to get by because I am ass at first person shooters. I was killed three times by a cockroach, I couldn't find the robot that was literally right outside my house, and then more bugs killed me. At one point my character died in her underwear, and I have no memory of taking off her clothes. They were just...gone. Finally I ended up in an infinite death loop because I saved right next to this guy who kept shooting me. I suck :D
maaaaan fallout is one of the few games im interested in bc yknow. it’s actually interesting! I’d probably have a similar first experience to urs but with more dying
