Hello I am also here for the cult of shame oh god what am I doing with my life I just want everyone to have a Jarvis and no one deserves to be adored as much as Peggy but it tears me up because ANNA so it's going to have to be the most supportive ot3 the world has ever seen (I can't with the headcanons that write Anna out because no, how unbearably sad would that make his behaviour noooooooope not here for that).
I've said before that there's no way to win here without heartbreak. Either Anna is actually real, she's a person, he's a person, they love each other, and Leviathan's not involved.
She's not real, she's Hydra, which means she isn't Jewish because Nazis? In which case they've been trying to get to Stark since the war, her story was a lie, he sacrificed his military career for nothing, and all of that is just a billion types of sad because he loves her.
We know that Jarvis, in canon, is one of the good guys. So I doubt he's lying. Besides, we have heard Anna, cooing from another room. Which leaves us with options one and two. If it's option two, the series will not be around enough to resolve that kind of betrayal and lead it to romance. If it's option one, then for me, it's a no. Peggy wouldn't fucking stand for it.
Everyone's pointed out that until we meet Anna and finally understand why she has been kept an off-screen voice, we have no idea what Edwin's role will be in all of this. All we know is that Peggy said that her future husband was saved by Cap and Jarvis was in Budapest, that Marvel hotbed of intrigue, at the time. So either Derek Luke's Gabe Jones is gonna show up, which I'm down with because he's fine and can act (watch him in The Americans, stat) OR either Souza or One Tree Hill Dude are going to reveal themselves to have been one of those saved in some throwaway line.
With my luck, it's gonna be OTH.
