Episode 1 is a doozy and this is really gonna be a soap opera, isn't it? Starts with Thach (Ba Vinh!) being introduced to his new caregiver. He was in an accident that left him blind and now appears to just not care about anything. The people around him call him useless and see determined to take advantage of him. And he seems to be mostly just lost in despair. Also, Ba Vinh is obviously very comfortable with bathtub shots.

Basically? This is gonna be dramatic. But I can't wait! I do like that we start out in media res but also just as confused as the main character.

@absolutebl I don't know if this will be as good as Mr. Cinderella but it's definitely gonna be an adventure.

Best episode yet, honestly. I love Duy's straightforward honesty and the way Thach is actually starting to talk about his feelings and how Phuc didn't just trust Nu without thinking when she told him to quit and be quiet and how he was very clear with Thach and got clarity in return. I love how much they care about each other and are just so, so sweet. Very good episode. Definitely my favorite so far. The 'Phuc knew Thach before his accident' was very soap opera and I know that's what this show is so I accept it completely.
