in the instance ALL of my fallen london player characters met at once, I think it would be detrimentally bad but very funny. AKA:

Sarah/Margot still aren't talking, so they're (badly) hiding from each other across the room, alternating in conversation to make thinly veiled threats towards Brett, who is thinking "wow I'm the only normal one here" (he's not), Jules and Baxter are arguing over fighting techniques (Baxter doesn't even hold his knife right), Alderose is being forced to listen to Danya talk about their lab on the surface (and about how being soulless is 'an advantage', actually) and once they all start mingling, really mingling, there will be at least one fight-

Please tell me fun facts about your characters!!

Hello there, anon! You made my day. I’ll go down the PC list in the order they were made

Danya: They had a lab on the surface that was condemned for its research, but also a dangerous (almost) lover there too. Fleeing to the Neath probably saved their life (but not their reputation)…

Brett: Despite his strong desire to know what others don’t, he only sought out knowledge of the Correspondence after it was used against him. He can’t really forget the injuries it once caused.

Baxter: He’s happily married, and has a cat. He lives comfortably, even as a (somewhat incompetent) criminal.

Jules: She has no tattoos, neathy or otherwise. This is because her fiancé on the surface detested them, and it rubbed off on her.

Alderose: She is an incredible harpist. She also has terrible stage fright, but being a conductor has made her face that fear head on.

Sarah & Margot: They had such an abysmal first meeting that they consider their second meeting at a birthday party there “first”. They refuse to discuss the incident outside the Repentant Forger’s office.

What do you like about the character's appearance?

I don’t think he’s hot, but other people apparently do so that is fun!! Personally I like his little bun he wears.

Are there any motifs or symbols associated with the character? How are they represented, in their design, personality, or in some other way?

“The one who knocks” follows him as a joke EVERYWHERE (aka one time when he was sent to assassinate Brett, he knocked on the door. Brett will never let him live it down)

20. What is their best memory together?

Leigh’s wedding- Baxter will pretend that he didn’t want Brett there (and he didn’t, at first) but the detective DID lend him his hat, after all. It was a whirlwind ceremony with a barely legitimate priest, and the wedding photos were a blast! Baxter enjoyed getting married with his criminal friends there, and Brett enjoyed seeing his old friend Leigh happy before things went… awry.

25. If a stranger saw these two, how would they describe their relationship?

“Why is the smug one laughing while the other guy is trying to stab him?”

💐 How does your OC handle being unwell or forced to rest in bed? Who cares for them and in what ways? Does your OC enjoy being doted on or are they a terrible patient? Reversed: is your OC good at taking care of others who are ill or in need?

TERRIBLY. Early on in his time in the Neath, he got a broken arm after he got badly beaten. So, instead of resting, he continued to change absolutely nothing except wearing a sling (And I mean nothing- he fought Baxter while in said sling and won). His partner was instrumental in preventing it from getting worse, and had to be the one to wrap it before they even started courting. Brett only enjoys being doted on when he's delirious and hates feeling like a bother any other time. See "That one time he was set on fire and was barely conscious for a week".

Reversed: Brett isn't very good at taking care of those who are ill, but he is good at taking care of those in need. His solution to most medical problems are victorian era medicines like opium for the common cold, so don't let this man become a doctor, please.

Brett just inspires one sided rivalries. First, it was Baxter declaring that he’d ruin Brett’s life for ruining his (Brett didn’t remember him) and now Marian believes that Brett is her one true nemesis (he most certainly is not). Do better guys <3
