If you ask me.

I'm still learning a lot about myself and art about love and music. But I think if I had to some it all up (any of these categories) I'd say it's all in the perpetration. Train hard and often. Build, whether it's your body, mind, your soul, your craft, what ever you're trying to accomplish. Practice and prepare like like your life depends on it. Then, in the actual moment, at those critical points, when you're in the fight, in/on the field, on the stage, on the date, just let it happen. It's already been decided.
