I also recently rediscovered Old Navy after years and got so many cute summer dresses! I feel like the quality is so much better than it used to be, too.

I’m glad I’m not the only one. Most of my summer dresses are from there and I literally want to buy all of them.

Have you tried a fabric store like JoAnn's? I bet you could take the shirt in and find a similar enough match!
