Leonardo and usagi miyamoto meet the same way they do in 2003, there's a alternate universe's battle nexus that splinter goes to to get money to provide for his children, then, they follow the same order that they do in 2003 , sending letters back and forth and eventually meeting again for Christmas where they exchange swords, but reminder, Leonardo doesnt relize he has feelings for the rabbit till he's 19-20, which is after koya and him had a relationship which was extremely toxic, but the problem is.. they also follow the same angst arc as their 2003 counterpart. They reconciled at Donatello's and Mona Lisa's wedding which happened once Donnie turned 21 and Mona turned 20 (good grief they didn't wait) which means Leonardo would be 22 and usagi would be 23, they get together a year later. And get married at 28 and 29 (A very long angst slow burn)
Oh and this universe also has a hidden city full of yokai like rise but usagi is still from a different dimension like 2003 :)
But Casey and raph take even longer than the rabbit and the eldest. They have an off and on relationship until one of them finally breaks at 25 and actually begin a real relationship with an eventual marriage at 32
