B Bar and Such
After a long day at work, there is nothing better than coming up and sitting on your couch and having chicken with oatmeal for dinner. Yes, I said Chicken and Oatmeal….
Sure it was delicious, but I now understand what it is like to live in Manhattan and have no money. The life I tell you.
Then, it was girls night out. We took the subway and got lost in the city (a little bit) until we finally hit the B Bar and Grill in West Village. Where we enjoyed a few Honey Suckle cocktails and sat around the bar for some chit-chat.
A highlight of the bar was when we were sitting around on a couch, and a boy approached Gabrielle, asking her if he could sit down. She looked at him as if it were no big deal and responded with “OH YEA” As she got up from the couch and leaving him. About 15 minutes later, the same kid approached her and confidently said, “Were going over there.” Gabrielle’s face was TO-DIE-FOR as she responded “Okay.” Just hilarious.
After B Bar, we cached an Uber and went to Joshua Tree, a sports bar a little more uptown. The music was a great 80′s vibe, but the atmosphere inside was dead. There was only about 20 people - not even in the bar - so we decided to cab it home early and hit the hay.
Oh what a day. I have the best roommates ever.
