Thanksgiving III - Cranberry Sauce - Breakfast Show - Beth and Ben Food Thoughts

Cranberry Sauce Recipe:

2 cups granulated sugar 1 cup orange juice 1 cup water 4 teaspoons of cinnamon 1 teaspoon of nutmeg 1 bag of cranberries

Over medium heat place sugar, and liquids into bowl and mix until sugar has melted into the liquids. Put cinnamon and nutmeg into the liquid. Mix. Then place cranberries into the mixture. Place on medium high heat. Make sure to continuously stir the mixture until the cranberries pop. Once all the cranberries pop. Take the mixture and place into a serving bowl. Chill for 30 minutes to overnight. Serve.

Thanksgiving I - Breakfast Show - Beth and Ben Food Thoughts

Today, Beth discusses the plans for the week ahead. First discussion is about Thanksgiving Corn. The crew decides that corn is a great weapon and discusses its infinite possibilities. What do you think about corn?   #Corn #Thanksgiving #Feast

Corn Recipe

1 large packet of frozen corn niblets 1 can of mild rotel chili and tomatoes 1 stick of butter

Microwave until corn is thawed out or warm. Drain Rotel Chili and tomatoes and place items into the corn. Mix with a spoon. Then place stick of butter in place back in microwave to cook until butter is melted. Mix with a spoon. Ready to serve.
