After a not so good week last week (I did reach my goal to at least complete all resistance workouts last week) of limited sleep and crappy eating, I am ready to get back to my routine this week. After I complete this week, I will be ⅔ of the way through this round of #bbg My #bbgweek8 goal is to clean up my eating. I did really good yesterday. I planned ahead and ate lunch before heading to the lake with friends and packed a nectarine and a Greek yogurt cup to go so while everyone else stopped at the store for sandwiches and chips, then grilled burgers and hotdogs later in the afternoon, I was full and satisfied. Plus I still felt good in my bikini which would not have been so if I had eaten the same as my friends. I rewarded myself when I got home and made a huge Asian chicken salad, which is what I will be packing for work lunches all week. Meals are planned for dinner and I'm ready to take on this week with the motivation I have gained from yesterday's little success.
