I wasn't sure to post this exercise vid because I normally don't vid or workout with a shirt off. But this is my body. So!!! Here is a ab move I kind of made up the other day. I don't have a stability ball but I do have slippery floors and socks! So that's insta ab workout. This is an floor pike then spread eagle my legs and pull back in. I did about 8-10 reps for 3 sets. If you look close, you can see my upper abs working but I promise you this a total body move! Arms to stabilize, core of course, and legs to bring up and out and in. The biggest challenge is to bring your legs in as close as possible. Try it out! Let me know if you've done this before, or if your try it, how did you feel??
