Lifestyle

Sometimes we fall habit to routine to which can be comforting or eventually dull out but is not always the case. I find even in a routine based lifestyle if you add a random event or choice 2 to 3 days out of the week big or small can make all the difference! Don't fall victum to boredom if it's for passion it will succeed and if you need to switch it up do so in a manner that works around your routine lifestyle! Just throwing my own 2 cents out there call it TriggerAdvice!
