Charcoal BBQ Eel is the most popular bbq because it's very healthy fish.

Basically, Eel is a bit oily but this charcoal BBQ Eel is not oily anymore.

It's just salted Eel but when I barbequed Eel on the charcoal, the smell is really good and the skin is very soft and clean.

In korea, we normally eat this food during summer time because koreans believe that it gives some powers to the body during summer time. Also it's good for men's stamina as well.

There are lots of BBQ Eel restaurant but the really good one is at Dangjin City of Korea. It located at mid-southwest of korea, next to Pyeongtek city.
