Ingredients: 1.5 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into chunks. 1 red bell pepper, cut into chunks. 1 green bell pepper, cut into chunks. 1 red onion, cut into chunks. 1/4 cup olive oil. 2 tablespoons lime juice. 2 teaspoons chili powder. 1 teaspoon cumin. 1 teaspoon garlic powder. 1 teaspoon onion powder. Salt and pepper to taste. Wooden or metal skewers.
Instructions: Add chili powder, cumin, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper to a bowl. Add olive oil and mix well. Make sure the chicken chunks are well covered when you add them to the marinade. Put it in the fridge for at least 30 minutes with the lid on. Warm up the grill over medium-high heat. Skewers should have chicken that has been marinated, bell peppers, and red onions on them in that order. Put the kebabs on a grill that has already been heated up. Cook for 12 to 15 minutes, turning them over once in a while, until the chicken is done and has a nice char. Take them off the grill and give them a minute to rest. If you want, you can serve it hot with tortillas, salsa, and guacamole.
