This BBQ-flavored take on traditional lasagna is the ultimate comfort food. A savory masterpiece is made of layers of seasoned ground beef, barbecue sauce, and gooey cheese. When you add fresh vegetables and sour cream on top, the flavors really pop!
Ingredients: 1 lb ground beef. 1 cup diced onions. 1 cup diced bell peppers. 1 packet taco seasoning. 1 cup barbecue sauce. 12 lasagna noodles, cooked. 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese. 1 cup sour cream. 1 cup diced tomatoes. 1/2 cup chopped green onions. 1/4 cup chopped cilantro.
Instructions: Warm the oven up to 190C 375F. Cook the ground beef in a pan until it turns brown. Get rid of extra fat. Put bell peppers and onions in the pan. Make sure the vegetables are soft. Add the barbecue sauce and taco seasoning and mix well. Let it cook for 5 minutes. Put four lasagna noodles in a baking dish that has been greased. Then add half of the meat mixture and a third of the shredded cheese. Do the same thing again with the rest of the noodles, meat mixture, and cheese. Put it in an oven that's already hot and bake for 25 to 30 minutes, or until the cheese melts and bubbles. After taking it out of the oven, let it cool for 10 minutes. Put sour cream, diced tomatoes, green onions, and cilantro on top. Cut and serve. Have fun with your BBQ Taco Lasagna!
