Elevate your BBQ experience with these succulent Tipsy Shrimps, marinated in a flavorful blend of herbs, spices, and a touch of white wine. Perfect for a quick and delicious seafood delight on the grill.
Ingredients: 500g large shrimp, peeled and deveined. 1/4 cup olive oil. 3 cloves garlic, minced. 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped. 1/4 cup dry white wine. 2 tablespoons lemon juice. 1 teaspoon paprika. 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper. Salt and pepper to taste.
Instructions: In a bowl, mix olive oil, minced garlic, chopped parsley, white wine, lemon juice, paprika, cayenne pepper, salt, and pepper to create the marinade. Add the peeled and deveined shrimp to the marinade, ensuring they are well coated. Allow to marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes. Preheat the BBQ grill to medium-high heat. Thread the marinated shrimp onto skewers, leaving space between each shrimp. Place the shrimp skewers on the preheated grill and cook for 2-3 minutes per side or until the shrimp turn pink and opaque. Baste the shrimp with any remaining marinade while grilling for added flavor. Once cooked, remove the shrimp skewers from the grill and serve hot. Garnish with additional chopped parsley and a squeeze of lemon juice if desired.
