so. i uh. am straight up making the beginning of ‘my’ season 2 of jekyll and hyde being robert digging himself out of a grave. After the end of s1, everyone thought robert was dead. But eventually, maybe a month later, he ‘wakes up’ all well and good - though totally panicking because he’s buried six feet under. 

While he was ‘dead’ though, he kept having visions that is tied to the old gods (specifically lord trash which?? im lowkey gunna rename bc i just cannot take that seriously and don’t get why they went with that). So eventually, when he wakes up and meets back up with everyone. There’s some concern but the whole ‘season’ is left with robert fighting these visions/trying to make sense of them and who he is. Because there’s so much he still doesn’t know about his past or his father. 

So, because higson said they were eventually going to go back to ceylon, that would be robert returning to his childhood home and that bunker ravi found to try and find more about his father. 

S2 monsters??? definitely a werewolf. maybe more demons? idk the filler parts are a bit lost on me. But the main plot is solid. There is definitely a ‘robert didn’t come back right’ (even though he didn’t die just went in some weird death like state) and hyde is getting worse. Ravi gets super strong with his powers and eventually starts to read auras. Olalla tbh? im not sure what her plot would be. Bella and Robert get closer while lily and roberts relationship is so strained. He still loves her like crazy though. 

MIO? They become the ‘bad guys’ more than the actual bad guys and tenebrae kinda take a step back. Dance, I think, would be dead though I’m still not sure because the way they brought him back makes me think he has more story to tell. I think, if he is alive, he’d be taking a step back because of being wounded again and because he ‘failed’ in bringing the old god back. Fedora probably takes more of a lead. 

One big thing is that Henry Jekyll, the og, plays a huge role in s2. I’m not sure how he’s there but he’s there. (i think it’d be more in flashbacks or even robert having ‘dreams’ about his grandfather and flashbacks. eventually. i 100 believe that the old god would have taken on the form of roberts grandfather bc symbolism). 

I’ll probably add more onto this as I go but for now, if anyone wants to rp in his main verse this is the backstory to it! No one has to follow it, tbh this is more for me than it is anyone else. But if there IS anyone who’s actually seen this show then come chat about it with me lol. If only higson had a tumblr. I would be like ‘okay but am i KINDA CLOSE?’.
