April 1936 Journal of the Department of Public Works
This periodical wad published between 1936 and 1940 by the Department of Public Works as an employee journal (or formal magazine) This is the April 1936 issue. I am uploading them here because the uploads on the Legislative Library are MASSIVE.
They contained submissions and articles regarding road projects, buildings, highways, paving, commentary, and general engineering discussion. They also contained a quarterly report listing the work accomplished in the pertinent quarter. Those quarters were based on the Apr 1 - Mar 31 fiscal year.
