OH MY GOD

IT HAPPENED!!! We hit 1k!!

This is actually completely insane and I almost cried when I saw the number. It’s almost impossible to comprehend that ONE THOUSAND PEOPLE, actual HUMAN PEOPLE, care enough about my trashy art to follow me and it really means so much to me that you do. I didn’t think I’d make it this far so soon, and honestly, thank you all so much from the bottom of my cold, dead heart.

Of course, you know what that means...

So we made it!! I’m still having a hard time trying to understand- and I know that it’s cheesy.

I considered doing an art raffle, but that felt a bit impersonal.

Here’s what I’m doing instead!

In the past I’ve told you guys to send them in like requests, but those made things a little confusing for me and seemed unfair to the requesters. Here’s what I’ve decided to do!

Submit a picture of a cat. It doesn’t have to be your cat, just any cat. Any cat, it doesn’t matter if it’s conventionally cute, has a black coat, whatever really! You can only submit once, though, just to be fair.

I’ll give you today and tomorrow to do so! Then I’ll pick out 7 cats that I like in particular and message you to let you know that you’ve ‘won’! While it’s not random, I feel like this is more personal to you. Plus I get a ton of cat pictures. Win-win.

(I didn’t want to do 10- seemed overwhelming, and 5 didn’t seem like enough...)

You can ask me to draw you whatever you want, whether or not I’m in the fandom! Just no nsfw or really really complicated things. (Or more than two characters..) Feel free to specify if you would want it in monochrome or otherwise. You can ask for icons, headers, lock screens and even tell me what canvas size to use! I will ask for your permission (or should I say, purr-mission) to post, and it’s perfectly fine to decline.

These will not be treated above or below requests and I will complete them at my own pace alongside normal requests. I will also let you know if I need any time to calm down and if your drawing will be delayed!
