So last night I took a cooking class @bcae Mughalai Cuisine. Indian vegetarian cooking. We made hare mirch ki salan (hot chilies in spicy gravy), malai kali dal (creamy whole urad lentils), vegetable biryani, semiya payasam (vermicelli kheer). Everything was great.
