I love eggs. Similar to butter, I feel uneasy if I have less than a certain amount in the fridge. Sure, we can’t use up a dozen a week if we’re just having them for breakfast, but what if I bake? Oh, and what if I make Lethe flan and it needs the whole box? 😆 We’re down to this and thank goodness the next delivery is coming soon. [We’ve been lucky to have a neighbour who supplies organic free range eggs from their farm on a biweekly basis. 🙌] J makes fun of me when I say we need more eggs and there are clearly still a handful.
