I didn’t even mention it, but my partner actually got his first couple of Extra gigs under his belt!! :D It’s so cool to share the film experience with him even more now.
That was fast, huh? I know! He enjoyed it so far, so we’re hoping he gets more roles. He got to be a police guy on Zoo (complete with uniform and all! I’m so jealous... he fangirled a little internally cause the guy who played Miles Matheson in “Revolution” and the actress who played Micah in “Warehouse 13″ were both there :D) and a gay rights activist on When We Rise.
I was on When We Rise on Saturday myself, also as a gay rights activist and also as part of a lesbian couple, which was about to get married. Originally there was no woman “left” so my bride to be was a lot older and we... just didn’t match at all, lol. It was very unbelievable. <_<
She was a weird one anyways and the BG Wranglers were constantly annoyed with her cause she wasn’t paying attention, disappeared when needed, etc.
So when she basically left me right in front of the altar and only showed up last minute after they sent people looking for her, I’m sorry to say but I wasn’t unhappy at all when they took a look at us both together and decided to switch her out and pair me up with a lovely transgender lady instead. ;D
