I'm currently reading 'The Reader and Protagonist Definitely Have to Be in True Love' and so far I actually really love it. The only other Chinese web novel I've read before this is Scum Villain Self Saving System, and I honestly kinda hated all the Nsfw scenes in that book, which has made me leery of reading the authors other works even though I love the adaptions of their works. Anyways I was surprised because like the NSFW scenes in 'The Reader and Protagonist Definitely Have to Be in True Love' so far have actually been pretty decent. There was one very dubious consent scene that I didn't like (it strongly reminded me of a similar Scene in Scum Villain Self Saving System) but over all I feel the characters dealt with the after affect well, instead of just ignoring that it happened. Anyways I'll add more thoughts once I finish the book.
