I hate that I'm Like This® but I keep thinking about Chuck telling Kim that no one cried harder at their dad's funeral than Jimmy, and I just really want to see Jimmy break down completely at Chuck's funeral.

Best performance that hasn't gotten the credit it deserves Michael McKean, and his tour de force work in Better Call Saul was one of the acting feats of the year. As Chuck McGill, he takes the stand to testify at a disciplinary hearing that may result in his brother, Jimmy McGill (Bob Odenkirk), being disbarred. Chuck starts out with a tone of assured, smug, condescending compassion. But the longer he talks, the more Chuck unravels, revealing resentments and hurt he’s been carrying around since childhood. When confronted with evidence that his supposed electromagnetic sensitivity is all in his head, Chuck breaks before our eyes. McKean was overlooked in the Emmy award nominations, one of the year’s dumbest snubs. – Kristi Turnquist
