I didn’t. She tried to seduce me, then clarified why after I ah, scolded her for doing that to a co-worker during work hours. She had wanted to well, lose her virginity to someone besides a client.
I think she’s plenty interested in either gender, you just haven’t been paying attention. (Which is understandable. Like hell I know my sister’s preferences.)

As far as dealing with Kevins discomfort, honestly Diego just tends to pet him and reassure him he really does still love him.
As far as dealing with the tension between Kevin and the others well…really, Diego is about as useful as a parasol in a hurricane. He can be quite heavy handed dealing with people he considers subordinates, but even he knows just ordering them to get along won´t work, so he just makes sure they keep the fighting to a minimum and hopes they´ll sort it out themselves.
And yes, he does consider his boyfriends subordinates. He loves them but, with the exception of Kevin, mostly the way one would love a pet. He really isn´t a very nice person.
