“I imagine you think it’s quite silly,” she said in her dreamy voice.
“What’s silly, Luna?” Blaise asked carefully.
He watched as she pulled a heart shaped lolly from her beaded bag.
“A holiday dedicated to hearts and chocolate and lovers.”
Lovers was something he’d never imagined he’d hear the ridiculous blonde say, but he couldn’t deny that there was a nice ring to it.
Smirking, he pulled the candy from her hand. She followed his every move, wearing her famous Luna smile as he unwrapped it and popped it in his mouth.
Blaise popped the candy from his mouth just before tugging on the gold B that hung around her neck.
“It’s growing on me,” he told her. He winked and began to walk away, calling over his shoulder, “See you around, Looney.”
