i've been having so much fun arguing that RPF is ontologically good, I've been so safely ensconced in my bubble of people who know how to act that i forgot it's necessary to post a periodic reminder that:

actually the first rule of RPF is that you do not fucking talk about RPF to the people you are shipping.

the second rule of RPF is: keep the fourth wall intact.

and rule number three is actually to have fun and be yourself.

do not talk about it in their tiktok or instagram mentions or under videos of them on youtube. keep it out of the comments of interviews. and if god forbid you ever meet them or anyone associated with them, it's now become your JOB to lie like your life depends on it. you've never even heard of RPF. you don't even know what AO3 looks like
