Brothers and sisters, there are some of you, when we post a really evil thing some false teacher doing, saying things that are attributing this evil deed to Satan directly.

There are a few things that need to be understood and we would like to try to offer a little bit of loving correction here. 1) Satan can't be everywhere, so therefore cannot be behind every sin everywhere. 2) Read Romans 1-3 and you will find mankind does not need outside influence in order to do evil things. 3) The attitude behind this idea seems to come from an unbiblical view of man that we are normally good until some external evil influence bends us to do something wrong. We need to always let our view of everything be shaped by scripture and this attitude is NOT from the Bible, but seems to come out of popular culture or churchianity.

Be careful with how you think about spiritual things and always check yourself by scripture.

It is evident that everything that the Holy Scriptures identifies the works of the flesh in Galatians 5:19-21 is what Hollywood/entertainment praises and promotes.  We read, “Now the works of the flesh are manifest, which are these; Adultery, fornication, uncleanness, lasciviousness, idolatry, witchcraft, hatred, variance, emulations, wrath, strife, seditions, heresies, envyings, murders, drunkenness, revellings, and such like: of the which I tell you before, as I have also told you in time past, that they which do such things shall not inherit the kingdom of God.” (Galatians 5:19-21)
