5k beach run

Did my third run in 3 days today. 5k along the beach with my mom (she tagged along and took photos) I’m not sure of my time, but it was under 43 minutes. Approximately 5900 steps, and I had a blast. Very sweaty after; I’ve made plans for a run on Monday and Tuesday next week andpossibly a hike on Wednesday. We will have to see what the weather has in store. Hopefully I’ll be able to make it to the gym Sunday morning, and if I have time I’m doing an at home ab workout tonight.
