I'm sorry if this is too personal but why are you trying to gain weight?

Oh it's not too personal! I have had weight fluctuations my whole life, but I had a rather severe loss of appetite (and I don't know why) over the summer and lost about 7 pounds (when I was already just barely a healthy weight). My doctor says if I lose more it could be really dangerous, especially if I were to get sick cuz my body had like 0 fat reserves. I'm currently required to eat a few hundred calories every few hours, which had been really hard because the thought of eating has been making me kinda nauseous. Thats kinda why my eating has just become "eat whatever you want" just to make sure I'm getting food in my body.

I have a Body Mass Index of 17.3, for anyone curious. (18 is underweight)
