acid reflux diaries day 4. we still refluxing but the double dose last night helped a bit and a glass of baking soda water….. shall have a couple of glasses of those today….. throat hurt so bad last night. eating oatmeal, potatoes and other simple stuff….. not having any chocolate and times are tough but i am the world’s strongest soldier out here
also contemplating should i take my ssri dose up a notch momentarily….. i’m hoping to ride this out tho but goddamn my poor tummy
luckily i honestly love potatoes and tofu…. could eat potatoes and tofu forever
