Hey guys this is Edwin Dass the Global head for the Philippines (TFC) I moved to the philippines in the year 2019 worked for a year, as I got ill together as the covid came into existence I had to fly back to our country (India) , now when I sit back and think I feel the pain of how students who are stranded in different parts of the world are not able to join their family in their own Country now we as the THARRORIANS FOR CHANGE(TFC) have taken the Initiate and collaborated with the AIPC NSUI to have a joint collaborative function to help and support students who are stuck at various places globally. Estoy muy contenta ! 10 días aproximadamente en plan saludable, algunas travesuras pero echándole ganas !!! Chicas , ya conocen mi dieta. Me he propuesto volver a empezarla como hace 3 años, quizás ahora no tan matada, porque estoy casi en mi peso, y no queremos descompensarnos. Aprovecharé que en esta cuarentena tendré mucho tiempo para mi, es decir el homeoffice me ayudara a quizás tener un poco de relax para hacer mis comidas y así. Vamos a aprovechar esto al máximo!! Mi mayor reto confieso que será hacer ejercicio en casa, ya que no sirvo mucho para eso pero lo vamos a lograr y les iré compartiendo cada avance. Como siempre se los he dicho , no soy nutricionista, desde los 10 años vivo en cuidado de mi nutrición debido a mis traumas psicológicos con mi complexión robusta, y el bullying por ser gordita, jajaja por lo que no significa que a todas les guste mi guía , etc. Por lo que comparto con ustedes mis metas , mis métodos que me funcionan a mi, lo que se me acomoda siendo madre soltera, mujer trabajadora, ama de casa, hija de una mami en cama el 70% de su día, y además teniendo a Ramona mi perrhija. This is in St.joseph, Lousisana where water has been contaminated for over 4 years now! This litttle lady is expressing concern cause she moved! And the house she stayed in before! water is runing with her name an she does not even live there anymore! But her knew house water has been cut off do to the contamination! but they are still charging her and making her pay for water! At the previous house How F***k'd up is that!
