We are back at it this morning, after a little advice from our friends @beachcombercoffee we have made our second steeped coffee today. They said to do more dunking for more flavour. I did twice as much dunking as the day before. Today’s taste test gave us a better tasting coffee right through the whole cup. Flavours stayed consistent from start to finish. Next week we will be having a few of my coworkers try the steeped coffee to get there feedback. First impression, the coffee is very easy to make. The coffee had some nice aroma. Flavour at the start was smooth and tasted pretty good, got a little weak as it cooled down. I guess I need to drink faster. I think the idea of steeping coffee is a really cool idea and is very convenient. Since where I work buys crappy coffee, I could see using these at work. These would also be great on a road trip when staying at a hotel.
