Before I begin, I want to note that the opinions below are just that; opinions. I will be giving you my harshest (but still politest) critique in order to help you get a better understanding of what your roleplay looks like to an outsider with admin experience and help you improve on it so that you’re happier with the experience that it generates. That being said, my first priority is to do my best to make sure that this is constructive and useful. If you have further questions, or would like to ask for help with anything else, don’t hesitate to message me and let me know.
First Impression: The plot automatically hooked me, I can't believe I've never seen any thing like this and I'm genuinely baffled by how amazing-- like obviously amazing it is. Mixing Teen Wolf and Pretty Little Liars like you did is perfect, and I can imagine it leads to a really fun roleplay experience. I think your theme looks great, I love the color scheme on it. I think it'd be a little easier to look at the posts if there was a background color behind the posts, maybe the same color that you have there on the info section, just so it's less in that general area. I might also consider making admin graphics or changing the code for links so that it's easier to see. Right now, your link font is at 8px and there are a lot of people who won't be able to read that clearly. I'd center it and make it much, much bigger. 18px, perhaps, or even bigger, since the bulk of your link posts will be just the actual links themselves. I'm also noticing you don't seem to have any non-binary characters and you don't have a link for them on your character's page. That realization alone made me, personally, go from "why am I not already in this roleplay?" to "....hmmm" and that is because it is exclusionary for a gender that is almost always excluded. Representation and diversity are always important.
Plot: I already mentioned your plot in my first impression, because it was the first thing I looked at and it blew me away. I love it, I think it's great. I do see mention on your main in anon form about hosting a Chatzy in order to pump up in character plotting. I'd like to mention that you can encourage plotting by trying to plot yourself-- post in the ooc blog about it and reach out to people so that you can lead by example and show people how to plot for themselves. With your plot being supernatural based, you can also come up with a variety of different mini plots that you can drop on the group for people to use. For example, I saw a supernatural Glee rp in the tags mentioning "magic gone wrong" as a plotting event that was dropped on the whole group. The magic that went wrong caused everyone's supernatural powers and magical ability to go haywire, and it gave everyone an opportunity to reach out and plot or post open para starters. Don't be afraid to use your plot to pump out little mini events like that. I wouldn't suggest taking other roleplay's events verbatim, but the hope was that the example would give you an idea of how you can use even the most basic aspects of your plot to keep things moving.
Application Form: I like that your application form is simple. I like to think that when you put as much information into your character cards as you did, it really draws people in. Because you've already got biographies and a bunch of other information on those cards, there's really no need to have too much in character information on the application itself. The question why do you want to play this character? will tell you what you need to know as far as motivation, add in the para sample and you've given applications ample opportunity to show you that they've thought their character through and understand who they are. I know that a lot of people get discouraged by long applications, and shorter ones like this tend to get people's attention. However, I would consider taking the submit link out of your sidebar navigation and replacing it with a link to your application. Then on the bottom of your application, you can link the submit with a cute line like, "When you're done with the application, please submit it here!"
Rules: Before I could read anything, I noticed that there was two different font types. You can fix that by either copying and pasting all of your rules into a notepad document and then re-pasting it and re-editing it to get your bullet points etc back or you can fumble through the html and erase whatever <font> coding is making that first rule's font size double the rest of your rules. Reading it, I like your rules. I think you've made some good choices here. However, I would recommend having someone proofread your rules to fix grammatical errors.
Other Positives: Positives are my favorite thing, and I'm super happy to say that there are plenty of them here for me to reflect upon. I love your graphics and this is a theme that I haven't seen before, which are both always instant positives. Your url is direct and it sounds clever when you say it out loud. Your character biography posts are gorgeous, I love the effort that was put into those. Most of your font choices, including color and size, are easy to read and look at. You've got a good amount of detail in every aspect of the roleplay, it's not too much and it's not too little. So you don't lose interest and you don't leave anything important out. Having ooc pronouns on your masterlist is another big positive.
Other Improvements: The first thing that comes to mind is something that I've seen more and more roleplays doing recently and I would love to see it spread, and that is trigger lists. I think that it would behoove you to make a spot on your application that is specifically meant for people to let you know if they have any triggers, and those triggers should be located on the main. That way, the things that trigger people in your group are well known (and anonymous, I advise erasing them off the app when you post the acceptance and post the list as a list with no names on it) and easy to find, so everyone knows what needs to be tagged; for sure, one hundred percent, no confusion, no reason to not tag something that might upset someone. It's also really helpful for you, as an admin, so that you can keep an eye out for the safety of your roleplay. With this being a supernatural and a secrets roleplay, there are bound to be some pretty common ones used pretty often. Things like blood, death, and injury are triggering to a lot of people. And, of course, there are the non-supernatural common triggers, like flashing gifs and a good chunk of the secrets I usually see people using in secret roleplays. The other thing I'd consider adding to your main is some sort of link to information on the supernatural species that will be found in your roleplay. Even just links to the Teen Wolf wiki pages about them would be useful, that way there's a solid, obvious canon right there for everyone to refer to. It might help anyone coming in from either the PLL or other fandoms that don't know Teen Wolf lore as well. I might also change the taken characters so that they also say "fortunately" instead of "unfortunately." It's not unfortunate at all that those characters are taken, because you love and cherish each and every one of your players, as an admin. It's incredibly fortunate that those characters are taken. It's also incredibly fortunate when characters are open, because that provides opportunity for newbies. Good fortune all around. My final critique is just a personal aesthetic choice, I would center the "CHILDREN OF THE WILD ONES" title and the hit counter.
Overall: I think you've got a really good roleplay going here, it's got a lot of potential and there were very few things that I could think to mention that were worth improving or altering. I also think it would be really easy to not exploit that potential for all that it's worth, so I highly advise you set aside some time to just think about what kinds of things that you can do to make sure that your roleplay is running at it's highest potential. Don't be afraid to ask your players for advice, they might have some great ideas too. I can tell that you put a lot of time into making this group, it really shows. Stick with it and I think you and all of your players can go far with it.
