Hello~these are some of my OCs as promised! I could’t help but redraw some old stuff from...2009 I think?

I first came up with Kage and Rin in middle school I think. The original premise was a fantasy story, then high school came around and they became modernized characters. Prepare for a typical josei/shoujo premise because I’ve never been that creative tbh~

Kage’s father died when he was young, leaving their family business in shambles. Rin’s father was his good friend, and promised he would care for his family. As a result, Kage and Rin grow up around each other but they - quite obviously - don’t get along. 

Their parents come up with the bright idea of getting them married to help solidify their business partnership. Kage and Rin’s resentment for each other grows. Their parents see this and think, how could we make this work better (instead of ending it for their happiness because why would they?) Maybe they end up living together as a way to train them because their parents are so smart. Who knows~

Kage and Rin spend the rest of the story trying to get away from each other, basically. Love happens somewhere in there, you know, once they learn to understand each other better and see each others’ weaknesses and strengths in different lights.

Character Profiles: 

Rin is usually short-tempered, stern, and reserved. However, she loves her family a great deal and has a special soft spot for her older brother who lives overseas. She aspires to someday run the family business and doesn’t let the prospect of arranged marriage stand as an obstacle on that path. Her relationship with Kage is that of conflict despite having grown up with him. Though she resents her family’s tradition, Rin keeps quiet about it, cooperating out of obligation to her family and to the growth of its business.

Kage is ultimately a kind person, however modesty is not his forte. Rin considers him contradictory given his cold and sometimes cruel demeanor towards her. His overlying personality traits have led to popularity that has carried through to adulthood. His arrogance, however, has also led to fragile relationships. His father died early in his life, leaving behind a failing business that was promised fortitude in the form of arranged marriage. Unlike Rin, he has not remained single throughout, and has been far from a proponent of his fate, cooperating only for the sake of his family. He does not hide his disdain for the Akimoto family and its traditions.

Aiko is outgoing, friendly, and flirtatious – the complete opposite of Rin, which she often jokes is the glue in their friendship. Despite her lighthearted attitude, Aiko often takes on a protective role when caring for her friends, particularly in her interactions with Rin. This may in part be due to having faced the loss of her youngest sibling in an accident that also took the sight in her right eye.   She has faced multiple failed romantic relationships while searching for “the one.”. She clearly disapproves of the plans set in motion for Rin and Kage, as she is one of few who is privy to Kage’s darker qualities. Aiko is the mediator between the two.

uhhh so Most of my ocs are Dead bc i dont use them but!!!

so im bringing back like… a couple ocs that i used to use a Lot but they died when i got into writing fanfics!

this is gonna get Long so ill stick it under a readmore

so uh theres niko, thalia, and silas!

niko is slightly older and is v protective of thalia and silas, and they’re very into gardening and plants n stuff :0 they’re sorta tall and a little lanky but has v gentle eyes. they’ve been buds w thalia for Forever and worry about her a lot since she’s kind of easily trusting and a little naive sometimes and just looks out for her in general. they work in a bakery and enjoy baking a Lot, and will sometimes bring thalia sweets when she’s down! they’re sorta quiet and reserved but they are trying!!! will beat up anyone who bullies silas tho :/

thalia is a sweetheart who works as a barista in a local coffee shop and loves latte art and stargazing with niko bc they Knows stars and nature and all that jazz. she has a corgi named muffin and she loves her Very Much! she’s very much of a hopeless romantic and tries to stay super optimistic! she’s extremely supportive of niko and silas and would punch someone for them. she also loves video games and would love to be on youtube or something but…… time + equipment.

silas is thalia’s little brother! he’s super active and he lives w her since his school is a Lot closer to where she lives than where their parents live. he’s on the soccer team for his school and also loves theatre even tho those two things tend to collide for him! he loves RENT and his fave character is angel. he’s sort of forgetful and stubborn, but also tends to be extremely loyal to his close buds! he’s extremely close to niko and they bond over dumb shit like plants. plant babes. plant dummies. i love them.

uhhh from there:

thalia is dating odin which is not his first name but thats what he goes by who Looks Edgy and probably works at hot topic and annoys his twin brother, ira, abt the fact they’re both edgy fuckers who would Definitely shop there. as in: he’s definitely bought his brother shit from hot topic for his birthday. odin is v defensive over stupid shit and seems to look for fights because he’s stupid. loves muffin the corgi, would stab a man for muffin. 

(thalia and odin met @ the coffee shop that thalia works in! only she knows his True Love for strawberry banana smoothies bc he is a Weak Bitch for fruit smoothies)

ira is Very Similar to odin w his “tough dude” attitude but its more of a Strong Boy rather than an Edgy Boy. he was on his high school football team, actually played during college before he dropped out, took classes, and is currently in his apprenticeship stage of becoming a tattoo artist! he is a lot more athletic than odin is, and a lot more of a rebel than their older brother thomas - who is currently on his way to becoming a doctor. artsy athletic boy. Strong. probably was in a frat before he dropped out (and misses his brothers tbh they were cool dudes). has (aka Still Does probably) smoked the Marriage Iguanas before w odin. thomas was pissed bc he’s dumb :/

based on an old oc of mine named icarus tbh (like all the ocs in that ask are based off of past ocs of mine)

probably coughed forever the first time he ever smoked weed

likes those fruity “girly” drinks instead of “manly” shit like beer bc beer is fucking nasty unless it’s some flavored shit

is probably madly in love w princess peach

loves the resident evil games

played football and soccer during high school. played baseball once and hated the team.

has a tattoo of a lion on his shoulder and plans on getting more tattoos tbh 

has gotten in One major fight with someone and broke a dude’s nose and doesn’t regret it at all.

he, thalia, odin, and niko (and very occasionally, when he’s not busy, silas) will all get together and watch the great british baking show.

he actually sorta wants kids someday but he couldnt tell u why exactly. he just does and thinks he’d make a kickass father

his mom and step-dad have three dogs and one of them is Super attached to ira and he loves her more than he loves himself. her name is oreo and she’s a husky and she loves attention and is such a big baby but ira loves her so much and gives her the attention she demands. (the other two babies are vinnie, who is an doberman and Old since ira’s like... 20-21 now and he’s had him since he was around 11-12 - and the other is bandit and he’s a bloodhound puppy. small wrinkley old man dog)

here i go, word vomiting about my ocs. the spn stuff is glossed over, in favor of their main canon stuff.

so there's camael (cv: hikaru midorikawa). he's an archangel, got fed up with the politics in heaven and fucked off to earth around the time the egyptians were building the step pyramid. he's spent thousands of years evading his brothers, observing humanity and ignoring the calls to come back to heaven.

belial (cv: yuma uchida) is a fallen archangel and now a prince of hell. she once was held in high regard, but her need for her brother lucifer's approval led to her listening to him, and her eventual fall from heaven along with him (and their brother azazel but fuck that guy). after a few thousand years she got tired of lucifer screwing her over, and roamed the earth instead. she stayed hidden, but one day camael found her. he almost killed her, but she pleaded with him to calm down and listen. camael finally agreed to let her tag along, she was still his big sister and he always respected her, so they stayed on earth.

as time passed, belial kept them safe. she is very proficient in magic, having created many spells and perfected a warding spell to keep them off of michael's radar. they continued to watch over humans in the shadows, never meddling in historic events.

fast forward to present day (well more like 2008), belial wanted to do something with her time. she has a love of books, so opened a book store.

they both blended somewhat seamlessly into human society, especially camael who found he enjoys dumb pop culture facts and gaming.

belial waited a couple years to see if her shop would be a success, then she decided to open a cafe. a few of her employees had mentioned their roommate, who was an excellent baker and chef. enter haru (cv: mamoru miyano).

haru is fairly chill, funny and very likable. good looks and a very talented self-taught baker. once he and camael meet, the confident and charming archangel is shaken. haru's sparkling aura and radiance is something camael has never seen before, and he's enamored.

eventually, another angel appears. sofiel (cv: tbd) is much younger than belial and camael, only a few hundred years old. she managed to find camael when he was out buying a new game, outside of the range of belial's warding. she was tasked in bringing him home, and was very offended that he refused. she's horrified to know camael is associating with belial, as she was very familiar with what happened when lucifer fell and took some of his siblings with him. it takes her a while to believe that belial is done with lucifer, and eventually warms up to her.

there's several other human characters that work in the book shop and cafe that i'm figuring out. these humans are aware of what belial and camael are. haru doesn't find out for a few months after he was hired, i'm still piecing that together.

belial also has a lieutenant who shows up later on. her name is murmur, and she is an ancient horror who takes the form of a small child. she's an expert at mental manipulation, and she knows when someone has ill intent. she also lulls people in with her cuteness, and talks shit about angels.

there's also some spn verse stuff...

everything is pretty much the same, except that sofiel appears after the angels fell.

the bulk of the spn verse is post series, where jack comes to enlist belial's help. he knows she has a spell that can open a portal to the empty, he wants to free the angels and demons and return them to heaven and hell respectively.

in terms of appearance, i've worked out camael and belial. if i could draw it would be easier lmao

camael's human form/vessel hasn't changed since the old kingdom. he's tan, lean and muscular with long black hair and amber eyes. he favors wearing pop culture/band/gamer shirts with a flannel or a hoodie and jeans or yoga pants with well worn converse sneakers or boots. he has eyes tattooed all over his body, along with three pairs of wings along his back and neck. he has his weapons on display in his office, out of camera range. he's a successful streamer and does a lot of charity streams. he's loud and dramatic, and he is very confident.

belial is small and cute, with long dark brown hair, straight bangs and lilac eyes. in the spn verse, her vessel was a japanese pop star who was killed in an accident. she has books where she keeps track of the spells she's created, some date back to ancient times. these are her most prized possessions, and she keeps them hidden from prying eyes. her true form is different from the other denizens of hell (she doesn't like being classified as a demon, even though she was used as a template by lucifer to create demons). she retains her angelic true form, but it's almost been inverted in terms of colors. her wings once glowed in iridescent light, now they're smoke and ash. her rings were silver and gold and made beautiful sounds, now they're tarnished and rusty, and they sound more like nails on a chalkboard. the shimmer of stardust that used to surround her is now flickering flames.

Can you tell me about Odin and Thalia :0c?

two losers who are completely in love w each other, tbh

so uhhh thalia is a barista right? place she works @ serves smoothies too

and odin is a weak bitch who will only drink coffee if its sweet or has some other flavor in it bc he doesn’t like bitter coffee unless he’s Dying

so he ends up getting strawberry banana smoothies all the time which is funny bc he’s a more edgy looking white dude and he has this lil pink smoothie and idk theres fuckers out there who judge him for it

and this cute barista is just rly sweet and chats w him since the shop is sorta empty

and she just sounds like a fucking angel and they probs started talking abt dogs or something bc odin’s parents have dogs at their house and he loves visiting them

and he has pictures and thalia is like!!! muffin the corgi. and odin melts when she shows him a picture and she’s been holding his smoothie for like 5 years and she finally realizes and he has to leave so they say goodbye and like

odin starts going there more often and thalia eventually just associates him w a strawberry banana smoothie and figures out his snacks (either a chocolate chip muffin or a “mashmallow cereal bar” which she threatened to kick him out if he used the “forbidden name” and his heart melted a lil because she’s so adorable???) 

and eventually she asks for his number and when he, a dumbass, was like “huh what why” she was like “well i have to have some way of getting in touch with u for a date” and he MELTED because he honestly is a dumbass who didnt realize she doesnt talk to other customers the way she talks to him 

her coworkers were always like “he likes u” and shes like “ye i know but how do i ask him out” 

aaaanyway i love them they’re losers and odin teases her that he’s only dating her for muffin and she’s just like “thats valid”
