I've been looking into you tags problem (I'm a coding amateur, I just see these types of things as challenges for me to try), and I've found something rather ironic. You see, on my blog, the tags weren't included in the theme. I had to add them myself. While I'm okay with how it looks /now/, I originally wanted them to be a part of the post. Your tags, however, automatically become a part of the post. I tried to compare it to my theme, but I don't know how to fix that (sorry)
To stop your tags from overlapping, go to .tags and change the position element from absolute, to relative. You’ll also need to add padding-bottom:10px; if you want it to look okay. If you don’t like how it changes to become an extended part of the attached post, you’ll have to play around with it yourself or ask someone more knowledgeable, because I haven’t been able to figure it out so far.
AAAH THANK YOU THANK YOU it’s fixed now!!! that’s been bothering me since the day i changed to this theme!! i didn’t need to add padding in the end, a margin worked better, since with padding it didn’t let me change the font size.
SWEET. it’s so much cleaner now, and the dark background behind the tags means they’re more legible!! AT LAST
10/10 assistance thank you
