Pieces [7-8/30]

There's a bit of a theme this time! Drew Pinto (1st photo) as the actual breed of chicken they are supposed to be and Merlian is facing her fear of chickens thanks to Beans (or is it failed flirting???? :0)

Merlian (character with glasses in second photo) is the replacement of Merlon in Super Paper Dorks and created by @genderevilmariofan

Forcing myself into digital art again for a challenge I'm putting on myself. Every day for the next month (30 days) I'm going to make one piece of digital art and post it on Tumblr.

This challenge is to:

A: Encourage myself to post more

B: Better myself in digital art, specifically in the coloring department

C: To learn digital art so I can use it more often

D: To eventually do commissions and sell OC adoptables

So without further ado, here's piece [1/30] which is mainly just me randomly sketching and messing with different coloring tactics/ color schemes.

Hyperfixating on random shit from my childhood. Not even making them into AUs just feeding the primal urge to create.

Sketch ideas came from The Spiderwick Chronicles, specifically book 4 as shown on the right (The Ironwood Tree)

Charm (aka this concerned little boy below) belongs to @notsocharmingmagician

Paprika (one more based off of the book cover) and Beans (the angry being on the right) both belong to me.

Me: I should write a wholesome fic with Paprika and Beans in honor of Super Paper Dorks' one year anniversary! I put those two through a lot and I think it would be a great celebratory fic :333
