Able bodied people opening doors for me almost always make it harder for me to get through the door.

I used to get so frustrated!!

But lately I’ve been soooo sweet. I’ve been desperate and needing help many times now and everyone walks on by...because when I need help the most I can’t ask for it. People stare but they’re not sure if they should intrude.

Now I make a point to appreciate the folks who help when I didn’t ask. I want to foster that. I want them to feel like they did something awesome even though they just made me work harder. If they keep helping maybe they’ll even be good at it one day.

And honestly…I appreciate the connection. People stare at me all the time but so rarely interact. It’s nice to feel human.

I'm on the list for phallo!!!!!!!! And they're gonna do a hysterectomy while they're there!!!!!!!!! In 2 years I'm having one surgery that's gonna be major for my gender and also might outright fix my fucking chronic pain that was so bad I dropped out of uni!!!!!!!!! What the fuck 😭
