My first psychosis-delusion-like-thing: my stepdad bought me a teddy bear... but it was a really big teddy bear. I was about six or seven and he bought me this giant orange bear, with a giant grin and a waistcoat. I was terrified, I was convinced it was alive and refused to go anywhere near it. I kept seeing it walking around and getting closer to me. It was going to kill me I knew. My parents just locked me in the room with it so I'd get over it. Made it worse.

the bear has been safely removed from the tree (they used a trap so she didnt get hurt in the fall) and she is being evaluated by the department of fish and wildlife
