i tried quads again, it was fun! I could only do it for a few minutes but I don't feel as doomerist or dysphoric as I did last time, especially because my knees just don't hurt as much because of my chopat braces.

I think my form is just awful, I take three steps with my front paws for one step with my back paws and it messes up my rhythm and I fall. I need to practice more
