Sometimes I find it really disheartening that I dont have a tail, and I dont get phantom shifts either, so it just feels like something is missing. Its not just a physical loss either. Its mental.

I cant express myself in the ways that I should without a tail. I cant wag it when im happy, or tuck it when im scared.

Im stuck with a constant emptiness in my expression. Every emotion I feel would be less difficult to decipher if I had a tail.

I think I need to get over the idea of cringe. Nothing is stopping me from joyfully acting like a dog in my room except the thoughts in the back of my head saying it'd be weird. Nothing is stopping me from calling my hands paws and my hair fur except me. There's so much joy I could get out of small things if only I just let myself do it

From now on I will be full dog consistently and no one can stop me
