Imagine cuddling with your werebear boyfriend. He’s thick and warm, fighting off the cold chill of the mountains blowing through the cracks of the windows. The hearth crackles and pops with the sap of the pine logs. The small one room cabin fills with the sounds of his subtle snoring and occasional rustle of the blankets as he twists. You can feel his hot breath on your neck as you spoon. His arms are wrapped tight around your torso, giving you the familiar feeling of safety. The ongoing blizzard outside is the least of your worries while you lay in his arms. You wiggle slowly out of his grasp to grab a small cup of water. As soon as you think you’re free, he grabs your arm, stopping you. 

“What do you think you’re doin’ darling?”

His heavy accent and sleep induced rasp goes straight to the pit of your stomach. You stammer for a minute trying to gather the right words. 

“Water, my throat is dry.”

He grumbles something about it might be the fire and rolls over. You quickly grab your cup of water and down it before settling back into the large bed. As you snuggle up to him, he turns back around and holds you in his arms.

“Go back to sleep darlin’, Ain’t nothing worth wakin’ up right now.”

Some Critical Doodles  I’m not 100% on these. There were described in the game as being black bears, but I feel like I’ve lost some of their black bearness. Still a good exercise! I always love drawing Matt’s creatures Or maybe I was just on crack. But checking CritRole stats, they were described as Black Bears, so I’m guessing dire black bears. Anything else I might just be... u know... tired
